Who you choose to work with matters…
Why The Stakeholder Agency?
Since launching in January 2016, my focus has been helping organisations to be smart about who they connect with and how.
People often ask me, “where do I even begin?”
Stakeholder engagement might seem overwhelming, frustrating and resource intensive at first, often due to the share number of stakeholders you might “think” you need to collaborate or consult with.
Because of this, perhaps you’ve been putting it on the back burner with the intention of “getting to it one day”… but there is so much room for strategic growth if you can think outside your bubble, understand how to unlock relationship potential and build your engagement skills to leverage connections.
Plus, it’s not as hard as you think.
And that is why I’m here… to make it simple and offer an effective process that gets results.
I work with organisations to understand who your stakeholders are and more importantly, which relationships will deliver the best return on investment and effort.
Once we have unearthed this together, I guide you, your staff and organisation, through a simple plan to engage with these stakeholders that will result in all sorts of positive outcomes. You’ll even learn new tactics for monitoring the health of your key relationships.
Check out some of the feedback from our clients (here) who have transformed their stakeholder relationships as a result of working with The Stakeholder Agency.
Kiaora, I’m Amanda, founder and director of The Stakeholder Agency.
I love helping organisations see the benefit of investing energy in their business relationships and getting a great return from their efforts. The power of great collaboration can truly transform organisations.
Stakeholder engagement and the facilitation of collective impact has always been my passion, but it wasn’t until 2016, that I decided to make it my sole focus after realising the need for capability support in this area.
